I MISSED THE CUT OFF FOR PRE-ORDERS - WHAT DO I DO?

If you are within 24 hours of the store close, we can sometimes add your order manually. Please contact us with the details of what you would like to order.

If it has been more than 24 hours, please approach your club or school coordinator and
ask if another campaign can be opened.

Can I edit the order I just placed?

Our fulfillment center moves very quickly and, after an order
has been placed, it is unlikely that we will be able to edit it, but we will be glad to try!

Can I change the shipping address on an order I just placed?

After an order has been placed, it is unlikely that a change to an order's shipping address can be made, but we will be glad to try!

WHERE IS MY WEBORDER?

You can check the status of your weborder HERE - you will need your order number.

Most Pre-orders take 2-4 weeks to reach you.
Broadgreen garments should take 24-48 hours to dispatch.

CAN I PICKUP MY ORDER?

No, ProBrands does not offer pickups as an option at this time.

WHERE IS THE BROADGREEN INTERMEDIATE ONLINE STORE?

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

You can return or exchange Broadgreen Intermediate garments, provided they are un-worn. Click HERE to request an exchange or return.

Custom made garments are not able to be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

Ive received my order but something is wrong with it. What should I do?

We want every member to have a seamless experience with ProBrands. Please contact our Member Support team via our contact form or by emailing info@probrands.co.nz and we will strive to make it right.

HOW DO I FIND MY CLUB / SCHOOL STORE?

Your club or school uniform co-ordinator has the private link for your store, which they should be able to share with you.

If you are not able to get access from them for some reason, please contact us and let us know what club or school you are trying to
access.

CAN I GET A WINZ QUOTE?

Some schools and clubs are eligible for WINZ Funding. If your school qualifies for this, you will see a WINZ QUOTE link at the top of the page, and on each product page. Use this to request your quote.
WINZ Orders are dispatched once WINZ has paid ProBrands.
