1. Custom Branded
As these items are branded uniquely for you they are Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable.
Please select garment carefully
Mistakes do happen and we will work with you to find the best outcome

2. Exception: Faulty or Defective Items:
If the error is at our end due to garment quality or print error we will gladly replace it with urgency.

3. Reporting Faulty or Defective Items:
If you have received a faulty or defective item, please email us at info@probrands.co.nz within 7 days. When reporting your problem please provide your order number, a description of the issue and photos if possible. We will guide you through the necessary steps to assess the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.

SCHOOL UNIFORMS

1. Timeframe for Returns/Exchanges:
You have up to 20 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return or exchange. Requests made beyond this period will not be accepted.

2. Condition of the Garment:
Returned garments must be in resellable condition. This means the garment is unworn, unwashed, and free from any damage.

3. Customized Garments:
Customized garments with names are not eligible for return or exchange. We strongly recommend reviewing your sizes carefully before placing a customized order.

4. Refund/Exchange Process:
Refunds or exchanges will be initiated once we have received and inspected the returned garment. If the garment meets the criteria outlined in this policy, we will proceed with the requested refund or exchange.
